Camera delivery is free for rentals of 14 days or more. Shorter camera rentals pay a courier fee quoted from 49A High Street, Willoughby NSW 2068 to your postcode. Pickup at Willoughby is free. Return in original packaging by the End date using the prepaid label we provide.

Pricing is transparent daily rates by lease length:

• 30–90 days: lower daily rate

Contact RentLizen support before your End date to arrange an early return. Unused prepaid days may be partially refunded according to our rental policy. Return the PC in the original packaging with the prepaid label we provide.

Yes, subject to availability. Contact support to request a swap. You may return your current PC and receive another model; any rate difference for the remaining days will be shown before you confirm.

We guarantee the PC will perform as expected during your rental. If something goes wrong, contact RentLizen support—we’ll troubleshoot, repair, or swap the unit so you can keep gaming.

No. RentLizen is a rental service. You pay for access for the dates you choose. Ownership stays with RentLizen unless we offer a separate buyout option at the end of a rental.

• Your rental total is charged through Stripe when checkout is approved.
• There is no traditional monthly subscription unless you choose a long lease billed in installments (shown clearly at checkout).
• Free delivery applies automatically when your selected period is 30 days or more.

Stripe checkout uses your card for payment authorization. We do not run a hard credit inquiry for standard RentLizen rentals. Paying with a credit or debit card will not by itself create a hard credit pull from RentLizen.

To rent with RentLizen you typically need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid government-issued ID if requested for verification
• Have a deliverable address in our service area
• Pay with a credit or debit card via Stripe (prepaid cards may not be accepted)

Approval is not guaranteed if payment or fraud checks fail.

Report loss or theft to RentLizen support immediately. You may be responsible for the device’s residual value per our rental agreement. Late returns or non-payment after cancellation may result in account restrictions and recovery fees.

Yes—your data belongs to you. Before returning, back up your files and wipe the system. After we receive the PC, RentLizen securely wipes the drive with industry-standard procedures before it goes back into rotation. We never keep, share, or sell personal data from your device.

No. User hardware modifications aren’t allowed. Upgrades and repairs are handled by RentLizen so every unit stays supported and ready for the next renter. If you want full DIY control, buying or building may be a better fit.

No. You can install your own games and software (Steam, Epic, etc.). Accounts and licenses stay yours—just remember to sign out and wipe before returning the PC.

If a payment fails, update your card in Stripe checkout or contact RentLizen support right away. We’ll work with you on options when possible. Ongoing non-payment may pause delivery, restrict device access, or require immediate return of the PC.
